The
Sextant Labs' Laser Interferometer System is a phase shifting
interferometer and intensity profiling instrument combined with the
WinCORE
application designed specifically to be integrated into the
manufacturing and metrology environment.
The instrument provides real-time interferometric / intensity data to assist in the alignment and measurement of diffraction limited collimated laser sources such as collimator pens and optical disk drive optical pick-ups.
Real-time data and a remote control interface allows
the system to be integrated into automated alignment stations
replacing slower, less accurate 'Spot Looker' or 'Spot Scan'
techniques.
